Trybe — Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 6, 2026 | Last Updated: May 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Trybe LLC ("Trybe," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the Trybe platform ("Platform"). By using Trybe, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

1.3 Information About Minor Athletes

When a Parent books a session for a minor athlete, the Parent may provide the athlete's name, age, and sport. This information is used solely to facilitate the session and is not used for marketing or shared with third parties beyond the Trainer for the specific booking.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Legal Basis for Processing (U.S. Applicable Laws)

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

4.1 With Trainers. When a Parent books a session, the Trainer receives the Parent's name, contact information, and the minor athlete's relevant details necessary to conduct the session.

4.2 With Service Providers. We share data with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the Platform:

All service providers are contractually bound to use your data only to perform services on our behalf and to maintain confidentiality.

4.3 Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Trybe, our users, or the public — including mandatory reporting related to child safety.

4.4 Business Transfer. If Trybe is acquired, merged, or sold, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified via email or a prominent Platform notice.

5. Data Retention

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 6). Some data may be retained longer if required by law.

6. Your Rights and Choices

To exercise any of these rights, email us at: privacy@trybe.co. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

You may disable cookies through your browser settings. Note that some Platform features may not function properly without cookies.

We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, as no uniform standard exists. We will update this Policy if that changes.

8. California Residents — CCPA/CPRA Rights

To submit a CCPA request, email: privacy@trybe.co. We will verify your identity before responding.

9. Children's Privacy — COPPA

Trybe does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. Account creation is restricted to users 18 and older. Information about minor athletes is provided by the Parent or guardian who books the session, and that information is used solely to facilitate the training session.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information. To report a concern, contact us at privacy@trybe.co.

10. Data Security

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not responsible for unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

11. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Stripe's payment portal). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.

12. SMS and Email Communications

SMS: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for assistance. We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Email: All marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the updated Policy constitutes your acceptance.

14. Florida Residents — Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR)

To exercise your Florida privacy rights, contact us at privacy@trybe.co. We will respond within 45 days. We may extend this period by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, with notice to you.
